The 48VDC POWER RECTIFIERS are of rack mount modular rectifier for telecom applications with advanced battery monitoring and management system integrated.

The 48VDC POWER RECTIFIERS integrate high-efficiency modular rectifiers into custom shelf and embedded rack systems featuring remote monitoring, custom distribution centers, low voltage disconnects (LVD), shunts, alarms, relays and enclosures for indoor and outdoor applications.


The 48VDC power systems have the efficiency, features and reliability to match the needs of major telecommunication networks, and the AC power system converts AC input to -48VDC output. It mainly includes integrated power system.

The system is widely applied for outdoor telecommunication cabinets. The system has high integration, high efficiency and high reliability design, effectively helping customers to reduce energy consumption and save footprint of the sites.

Cable connectors descriptions:


(1) N is the natural wire, L is the live wire, PE is the ground wire

(2) B1- and B2- is the BATT (-), B1+ and B2+ is the BATT (+)

(3) 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, 5- are LODA1, LODA2…LODA5 load (-)

(4) 1+, 2+, 3+, 4+, 5+ are LOAD1, LOAD2­…LOAD5 load (+)





1. RS485, communication interface of GPE48150G, locates at the monitoring module, function for communication with the host.


RS485 communication mode:

A. Connect one end of communication cable to RS-485 on front board of GPE48150G

B. Pin2 of communication cable linked to RS-485, Cable A and B of RS485 linked to A and B of RS-485.


2. RS232 port signal definition

The 2 RJ45 on front panel communicate with the host, the 2 communication port is in parallel connection, the pin description as following:


RX232: the pin 3 of RJ45, the receiver of control module RS232 communication terminal.

GND: the pin 6 of RJ45.

TX232: the pin 7 of RJ45, the sender of RS232communication terminal.
